The fried tofu in curry is called kitsune in Japanese. Kitsune tastes salty-sweet and it goes well with curry soup. There are not so many restaurants which use kitsune as a topping of curry noodle. Moreover, you can choose how hot you want the soup to be or how thick the noodle. The staff will give you a paper apron to protect your clothes because the soup often spatters when you eat curry noodle. The interior of this restaurant is modern and stylish rather than traditional.
