This sushi restaurant has been in business for 45 years at Kiyamachi. The specialty of Maruman is a set of various kinds of sushi on a tray, called “mori-awase.” You can choose the sushi you would like to eat from the menu, and the chef will make and dish them up on the tray. Samples are displayed for you, so even if you cannot read the menu written in Japanese, you can order by just pointing at them. Above the counter are many pieces of wood hanging on the wall. Letters on the pieces are the Japanese characters and they show the names of sushi items.
