When you come to Daikokuya, the noren and the red lantern will welcome you. You can enjoy tasty soba, buckwheat noodles, with seasonal ingredients such as duck meat here. And you can also enjoy freshly brewed buckwheat-tea before dishes. The noodles are made from buckwheat ground by a mill. The kind of buckwheat used in making soba and buckwheat-tea changes with seasons. In this way, the master of the soba restaurant is particular about the taste of soba.
