Kasuga-yu （春日湯）
Kasuga-yu is located on Yamatooji St. which crosses Gojo St. If you find the Higashiyama Post Office on Gojo St., please go down south about 100 meters, and then you can find Kasuga-yu.
The owner prides herself on the old style of her sento where she can look at both baths for men and women from bandai. Here is good information for women who want to take a bath in Kasuga-yu. The dressing room and the bath for women are larger than for men's because a women's college is close to Kasuga-yu. As to the kind of bath, Kasuga-yu has shallow and deep baths and jet bath.
In addition, Kasuga-yu holds "Sento Day" for disabled people once a month. This activity is held on every fourth Saturday and citizens help disabled people take a bath. The owner also recommends you go to "Yamashiro-onsen" which the owner's son runs.
